I'm tempted to buy- but the fit would need to be good... it's a disadvantage if you can't try one on first.
I currently have a SupAir suit, size S, i wonder if BlueSky would be able to recommend a sizing to suit me. In saying that a SupAir medium would probably be a better fit on me, the S is tight.

Do the Blue Sky suits have foot stirrups?

Bob could tell if there is a stirrup, its a good idea, and I hope so, because I just ordered a winter 4 layer suit XL... its the height Bob, not the girth, I assure you!!! ( at least it was before Christmas!)

I got a new Sup'Air suit at SPLASH to replace my well-worn 1995 Dam-It suit (that I won in a SkyWings competition). I'm very happy with the Sup'Air suit apart from the fact that I never noticed that there were no knee-loops for attaching my vario. As it turns out this isn't a problem for me as I use a tiny solar-powered, helmet-mounted vario (Renschler Solario) for ridge-soaring and a Flytec 5030 in my flight-deck for XC flights (PG or PPG).

The Sup'Air suit is excellent and it does have foot-loops (which can be clipped off). Most importantly it does have lots of pockets and little loops up near my collar bone for tying on my radio and my phone. It also has a full-length front zip (rather than the two side zips on my old suit). This means that I can have a leak without opening up the two front zips. It's also very easy to put on. have to agree the SupAir suit is pretty good- i have one at the moment, and was thinking of getting another. I'm surpirsed your's dosent' have the loops on the knees- mine does. I have noticed various inconsisentcys in the SupAir suits- you'd excpect them all to be the same..

The Stirrups are essential for keeping your legs warm... once you've flown with them, you'll never go back to a normal suit.

Was looking at Supair, but was keen to go for an extra warm suit not needing to waste precious time putting on lots of layers of thermals, as I have to with my current outfit at the moment! A few people mentioned that it can be a bit nippy this time of the year in the classic supair suit without lots of layers underneath?

Lets hope my new suit is the answer for cosy flights at altitude in the cold.

Last Sunday morning we spent over an hour of our flight at about 2000ft and it was getting uncomfortable by the end of the flight.

Some of the best flights are in these crispy cold conditions and if we can make it nice and cosy all the better!

That's where i notice the old 'fishbowl'- it's great for keeping warm, but i'm worried about the summer- might have an overheating issue...?

My order went in on Wednesday morning, and suit was in office waiting for me when I got in from a meeting this morning ( Friday)! That's service and good for DHS too!

Sat here in front of the fire & TV sweating in my new suit! Funny looks from the kids friends coming in and out of the room though!
