hello all
my names darren im from clones co monaghan, im totally new to all this, i have been thinking of flying a paramotor for a while now and im only really biting the bullet now. im thinking of going over to Mike Dakin's camp to do a training course on it. just wondering is there any skills i would need to know or would be helpful before i go over? also anybody from around monaghan or anyone going over to Mike Dakin's camp aswell id love to hear from you.

Welcome to the forum.

As I mentioned to you, there are a good few pilots spread around the country, and may even be a few closer to you, that we would not all be aware of?
If in the Munster area any time feel free to contact me, and we will let you see what its all about.

There would be a god few pilots more local to you, and a number based and flying near Kildare and elsewhere in Leinster. I am sure they would be delighted to meet you, and let you see the sport in action.
