Great photos Tony!
I wish i'd joined Dean and Lance that evening now.... Instead i flew at Omagh, but still managed to see the balloons- from 26 miles!!!

Is that a bug in the middle! Great photos Tony.

I would love to fly with balloons at some stage, they look fantastic. Any idea how many of them are active in Ireland?

We complain about the weather, but these guys must be so weather dependant! Not to mind finding suitable fields etc?? Trying to decide where to land, and then placing the baloon in the correct location...? Must be a serious challange?

Heres a link to a few shots I took that night, the conditions werent great for the balloons so only a few took off, there were 10 there in total.When we landed and packed away the gear a few more took off :evil:

I really like this one of Lance over the Sperrins, with Errigal and Muckish mountains clearly visible in DOnegal in the background 60 or 70 miles away
